I’ve always been fascinated by food — not just how it tastes, but how it is priced, presented, and positioned. As an LSE student, I wanted a space to explore those questions in depth, to break down the strategies we see every day but rarely stop to analyse. ‘Digest This.’ is my way of testing ideas, dissecting theories, and seeing how close I get to the truth — and maybe helping you see your next coffee or lunch in a whole new light.
